Refund policy for annual subscriptions
Where a yearly subscription is cancelled before the end of its 12-month term, the customer will be refunded for all unused months, with the refund period commencing from the first day of the following calendar month.
The one-off installation fee is non-refundable in the event of early cancellation a monthly and of a yearly subscription.
